Process Engineer Job Posting: A Silicon Wafer Recycling Process Engineer (M/F) is needed for a full-time, permanent position. The position is based in Gréasque, Bouches-du-Rhône
Your responsibilities Within the R&D Production Support team, you will be involved in the development and optimisation of silicon wafer recycling processes:
- Monitor the performance of the production equipment on-site
- Develop and optimise the cleaning, polishing (CMP), and re-qualification processes for wafers
- Participate in the industrialisation of processes (transfer from R&D to production)
- Analyse surface defects (particles, roughness, contamination) using optical and chemical characterisation techniques
- Implement quality control protocols
- Collaborate with customer teams and industrial partners
Required profile
- Engineering degree or PhD or equivalent in materials, microelectronics, process chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in clean room environments, silicon production processes and equipment, or surface treatment
- Knowledge of solution chemistry (acids, bases, solvents) and particulate contamination
- Proficiency in Characterisation techniques (optics, profilometry, microscopy, etc.)
Sensitivity to environmental and industrial issues • Analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, ability to work in a team.
Desired skills
- Experience in recycling
- Knowledge of quality and environmental standards (ISO, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English is essential
- Proficiency in data analysis and processing

Process Technician Job Posting: A Silicon Wafer Recycling Process Technician (M/F) for a full-time permanent contract.

- Under the supervision of the department manager, Ensure daily monitoring of process performance and intervene quickly in case of deviations
- Implement quality control protocols adapted to microelectronic requirements
- Participate in the optimisation of cleaning, polishing (CMP), and re-qualification processes for wafers
- Participate in the industrialisation of processes (transfer from R&D to production)
- Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, production, quality)
- Regularly track your achievements (reporting)
Required profile
- Diploma in physical measurement, process chemistry, materials science, or equivalent field
- Experience in clean room environments, silicon processes or surface treatment, and production equipment (polishing machines, cleaning hoods)
- Knowledge of solution chemistry (acids, bases, solvents) and particulate contamination
- Proficiency in characterisation techniques (optics, profilometry, microscopy, etc.)
Awareness of environmental and industrial issues • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Autonomy, the ability to work in a team
