OPTIM is excited to announce that we have started the development of a 300mm wafer reclaim process. Ultimately aiming to invest into a manufacturing line in our site in France.

European microelectronics sector is increasing 300mm capacities and creating new 300mm Fabs. This 300mm recycling service is currently made outside Europe. This new line will reduce environmental impacts, reduce CO2 emissions and will strengthen European sovereignty by supplying 300mm Reclaim to European Microelectronics companies with sites in Europe.

This project is called FREXiN300 and is partly funded by the French government in the form of grants as part of Recovery Plan named : “Plan de Relance”
